Management Committee

The Management Committee brings together managers from the Corporation's core departments and support functions. The committee promotes coordinated planning, consistent implementation of policies, and timely decision-making across the organisation.

Through regular collaboration, its members support legal and regulatory compliance, risk monitoring, internal audit, finance, human resources, procurement, information and communication technology, regional office administration, and public relations. This cross-functional approach helps DPC deliver reliable services to depositors and member institutions while strengthening accountability, operational resilience, and the effective fulfilment of its statutory mandate.
