Executive Management

Executive Management provides the leadership required to turn the Corporation's statutory mandate into coordinated, day-to-day action. Led by the Chief Executive Officer, the team oversees the administration of the Deposit Protection Scheme, implements Board-approved policies, and guides the Corporation's operational performance and stakeholder engagement.

Its work brings together business operations, finance and administration, legal and corporate secretarial services, risk awareness, and institutional planning. Through this coordinated approach, DPC protects eligible depositors, supports confidence in Zimbabwe's financial system, and responds effectively when a member institution experiences difficulty.
